Single cell atlas of the human retina - Retinal ganglion cell subclass
A total of 15 retinal ganglion cell clusters is identified from over 99K retinal ganglion cell nulcei in the current atlas. Utilizing previoulsy characterized markers from macaque, 5 clusters can be annotated.
